Patricia has over thirty (30) years of service excellence in the retirement residence industry.  Pat has been involved with every aspect of the industry, including roles as the President of the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA).  As general manager of the Lord Lansdowne and Chief Operating Officer of Dymon Healthcare Corporation, Pat has overall responsibility for operations.  Pat has a natural affinity with seniors and she is relentlessly focused on delivering an exceptional lifestyle environment for the residents of the Lord Lansdowne.

Jennifer Sousa, General Manager
Jennifer has been involved in the retirement industry for many years.  Jennifer has extensive experience with the general operations of retirement residences and has a strong background in IT systems.  As general manager of the Duke of Devonshire, Jennifer is committed to delivering an exceptional lifestyle experience for residents.

Devin Froislie, Marketing Coordinator
Devin has been a valuable member of the Dymon Healthcare Group for over five years.  Devin holds certificates in Business Marketing and Business Administration from Algonquin College.  Devin’s likeable personality and exceptional interpersonal skills have contributed significantly to the lifestyle experience of residents, first at the Lord Lansdowne and now the Duke of Devonshire.

Viviene Scott, Activities Coordinator
Viviene has considerable experience within the retirement industry bringing her love of music and literature as well as her sense of humour to enhance the programming and activities for residents at the Duke of Devonshire. Viviene graduated from College in England before emigrating to Canada and spends her recreational time competing with her dogs in performance sports.

Giovanni Russo, Executive Chef
Giovanni has over 30 years of cooking experience, and has worked at many of Ottawa’s finest restaurants.  For many years, he served banquet events of up to 800 guests, both as an Executive Chef and Manager.  Trained in Italy, Giovanni has a specialty in Mediterranean cuisine.  Gionvanni’s meals consistently tantalize your tastebuds.
