Louise Rochman, COO
Louise has over 25 years of healthcare and retirement industry experience. She is actively involved as an
executive for the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) Regional Office and is a member of various
seniors associations. Louise has held senior leadership positions in the industry and has extensive customer
service experience. She has a natural affinity with seniors and is relentlessly focused on delivering an
exceptional lifestyle environment for the residents of Duke of Devonshire and Lord Lansdowne.

Nicole Boily-Zayadi, Assistant General Manager
Nicole comes to us with many years of service excellence in the hospitality and retirement home industry.
Nicole brings her entrepreneurial spirit and affinity for education - for the past eight years in her spare
time, Nicole had been teaching Food and Beverage in a private school both in Ottawa and Montreal. She does
volunteer work for Meals on Wheels and was on the Board of Directors for the Cumberland Village Museum. She
is delighted to be a part of the Duke of Devonshire team.

Viviene Scott, Activities Coordinator
Viviene has considerable experience within the retirement industry bringing her love of music and literature as
well as her sense of humour to enhance the programming and activities for residents at the Duke of Devonshire.
Viviene graduated from College in England before emigrating to Canada and spends her recreational time
competing with her dogs in performance sports.

Craig Domville, Executive Chef
Craig has had a varied culinary career working at many renowned restaurants in Toronto, including Le Bistingo,
The Four Seasons, Fenton's, as well as one of Toronto's leading French Bistros. He has had the unique pleasure of
serving such diversified clientele as politicians, writers, and local artists. He was the recipient of the award for best
French Bistro in a readers' poll conducted by Gourmet Magazine in 1999. Craig's culinary talents make the dining
experience particularly memorable.
